Xadditive has been serving more than 2,000 customers worldwide by far. According to market trends and customer needs, Xadditive hopes to serve more global food terminal customers in the second 10 years. Provide product application solutions and the development of new products.
Xadditive Technology Center was established in 2015. It employs over 15 full-time R&D technicians currently, forming a high-level expert technical committee. The committee reaches to experts include 1 academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, 1 National Youth Talent, 2 distinguished professors of Shandong Province Taishan Scholar, 1 Kite Capital Industrial Leading Talent of Nantong City, and 1 top-tier innovation and entrepreneurship talent of Nantong City. Over the past two years, we have successfully developed high-intensity sweeteners, composite sweeteners, and natural sweeteners tailored for beverage applications. This year, we expanded our product offerings to include hydrocolloids such as carrageenan, konjac gum, and transglutaminase enzymes, catering to the global meat processing industry.
Xadditive R&D Center has always emphasized industry-university-research collaboration, establishing close partnerships with multiple renowned universities and research institutions, including the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tsinghua University, Beijing Technology and Business University, Jiangnan University, East China University of Science and Technology, etc. Additionally, the company, as a initiating unit, jointly established the Citric Acid Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance with several universities, research institutions, and renowned industry enterprises, collectively promoting technological progress and sustainable development in the citric acid industry.
In April 2023, in our state-of-the-art 2.0 factory and research laboratory, we proudly launched our independently developed functional animal protein (FPA) products.
This collaboration not only means that our labs can better enhance Foodchem's awareness of quality control but also represents a major breakthrough in our new direction.
Food Institute of Jiangnan University is the only national key discipline in the field of food science and engineering and has State Key Laboratory of food science and technology. The Institute has established a long-term and stable cooperative relationship with research institutions of the United States, Netherlands, Japan, France, Ireland, Canada, Denmark, Russia, and other countries, and enjoyed a high reputation at home and abroad.
